Tutorial:
The beginning of October: The students report to the Management Board on the choice of their tutors.
Around October 20th: Arrangement of foreign tutorial's plans
October 31st: Submission of documents outlining the previous academic year, including:
- a written general assessment signed by the tutor,
- the tutor's assessment of the annual dissertation,
- the text of the annual dissertation.
November 15th: Resolution of any conflicts over the number of credits to be granted.
November 30th: Provide a statement of study plans for the tutorial.
November-December: Possible reservation or purchase of tickets for trips (for students having their tutors abroad).
February: Submission of any anticipated delays in presenting the disseration on time.
Early spring: Graduation ceremony for graduating students.
Scientific camps:
September: Information concerning the participation and lecture topics for the autumn camp are submitted.
October-November: The autumn scientific camp is held.
February: Information concerning the participation and lecture topics for the spring camp are submitted.
March-April: The spring scientific camp is held.
The beginning of May: Information concerning the participation and proposition of classes for the Collegium Invisibile Summer School are submitted.
August-September: The Collegium Invisibile Summer School is held.
